It was in use from 1775 until 1777. It was first raised on January 1, 1776 when the Continental Army came into formal existence. It is COMPLETELY SEWN. It is NOT PRINTED. This Flag is made from 100% 2 PLY NYLON. It has the Look and Feel of Cotton. This Flag is VERY SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE. It has a Cotton Canvas Header and Brass Grommets.
